Just wanted to share with you the first course of our 6 courses tradionnal New Year's meal in my family. As Breton (from Brittany), we enjoy our fresh raw oysters with our Muscadet very dry white wine, which is the only perfect match for oysters. It has been the first Christmas, and New Year holidays spent with my family since 1986, so I enjoyed every moment of it, not knowing when I will see my family again.
