back home

Yes back home, back to live on board again. Though it is winter, cold, humid, windy, it feels good to be on the water. Living in a house was convenient and a enjoyable break but it is not where I belong. We are a rare breed here. Full time live aboard are not common in those Nothern parts and there is not too many places which keeps their facilities open during winter. We keep warm with our diesel heater. There is a big downside : we cannot do much work on the boat outside of course, but even inside since we have to keep the warmth in. So we are eager to get to the warmer months to get some needed jobs done.
